Infyvector sells digital products — SVG, PNG, DXF and EPS files that are delivered instantly as a download after purchase. There is no physical item, no shipping and no delivery wait. This page explains our returns, refund and licensing terms in plain language.
Instant digital delivery
Every design is delivered as an immediate download. Because the file is transferred to you the moment your order is complete, there is nothing to ship and nothing to physically return.
Returns & refunds
As the files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” once downloaded, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind, accidental purchase, buyer’s remorse, or lack of the software/machine needed to use the file.
We do, however, stand behind our files. If your download is faulty, corrupted, or materially not as described — for example a file will not open, or the wrong file was delivered — contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will repair the file, send a working replacement, or issue a refund for that item. Please include your order details and a short description of the problem.
Cancellations
Because delivery is instant, an order generally cannot be cancelled once it has been placed and the file has been made available for download. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it.
License — how you may use the files
When you download a paid design you receive a non-exclusive license to use it under the terms below. You do not receive ownership of the artwork or its copyright, which remain with Infyvector.
You may:
- Use the design for personal projects.
- Use the design on physical finished products that you make and sell (for example T-shirts, mugs, tumblers, signs, cards, decals and similar craft items).
- Modify, resize and recolour the design to suit your project.
You may not:
- Resell, share, give away, sublicense or redistribute the digital file itself, in any format, whether free or paid.
- Upload the design (as a file) to any print-on-demand, clip-art, template, marketplace or file-sharing service.
- Claim the design as your own original artwork, or register it as a trademark or logo.
- Use the design in a way that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.
Free designs
Designs marked as free are provided for personal and commercial use in your own digital and physical products. You may not resell or redistribute the vector file itself.
