These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Infyvector (infyvector.com) and any designs, files or services offered through it. By browsing the site, creating an account, or buying a download, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we offer
Infyvector sells instant digital downloads — scalable vector designs delivered as SVG files. Products are digital goods; nothing physical is shipped. Previews on the site are representative of the file you receive.
Your account
You can browse and check out as a guest using just your email, or create an account to keep your downloads in one place. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. You may sign in with an email and password or with a supported third-party provider such as Google; when you use a provider, you authorise us to receive your name and email from that provider solely to create and identify your account. Do not use another person's account or provide false information.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown on each design and at checkout, and may change at any time. Volume pricing (buy more, pay less) is applied automatically to the number of designs in your cart. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers (such as Razorpay and PayPal); Infyvector never sees or stores your full card or bank details. You agree to pay the total shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.
Licence & permitted use
Standard license for personal and commercial use in digital and physical products. Do not resell or redistribute the vector file itself. Unless a specific design page states otherwise, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the design. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license or share the source files themselves, or make them available for others to download, whether free or paid.
Delivery & downloads
Files are available immediately after payment via a secure download link, which is also emailed to you and, if you have an account, saved there. Download links remain valid for a limited period (typically 30 days) and support re-downloads during that time. It is your responsibility to download and back up your files.
Refunds
Because products are instantly downloadable digital goods, all sales are generally final. If a file is faulty, materially not as described, or you were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right. See our Refund & License Policy for details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to access files you have not purchased, circumventing security or download protections, scraping the catalogue, introducing malware, or using the site or designs for unlawful, infringing or harmful purposes.
Intellectual property
All designs, site content, branding and code are owned by Infyvector or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Buying a design licenses its use as described above; it does not transfer ownership or copyright in the design.
Disclaimers
The site and designs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any design will meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infyvector will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site or designs. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the design giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction there, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
